I have an Alibi

When you spend eight-and-a-half hours on the road, you assume there will be a degree of monotony. I’ve crossed central Washington before. I’ve taken the train from Seattle to Minneapolis several times. Day one stats:

Left Seattle at 8:15 a.m.

Arrived Missoula at 4:15 p.m. (Mountain Time).

Total miles driven: 478.

Books sold?? I haven’t been on-line yet to get a count. Won’t really have a number until Minneapolis, but I know the new President of Cornish College for the Arts bought a Kindle version right after I told her about it on Wednesday morning!
