...and Aaron has made a couple new discoveries. In researching the land patent for Hattie's homestead, he discovers that the Twelve Oaks and the mysterious church are actually on her family property. While exploring the cemetery he finds that Harper died in 1923 making Hattie about 98 instead of 95, and as he drives by the farmhouse and outbuildings, he discovers that that is where Pol Stamos now lives.

And what the heck does Janice think she's doing putting the moves on Aaron? It can only get sticky. Here's the stats this afternoon:

Thought I'd hit 50k by end of day today, but it may wait until I'm on the plane. I've got to get laundry done and suitcases ready before I go. Also clean up the family room so the family can enjoy my surprise when they get home. But there's chapter eight sitting here just about ready to be written...
