I'm back..

Yes, we finished reading "the book" last night. Heartaches and tears at times, but pretty satisfactory. It is a great example of why not to have an epilogue.

So today I head down to the Pacific Northwest Writers Conference at the Hilton for four days of rubbing elbows with other aspiring writers and having both and editor and an agent interview. It should be fun, sprinkled with a bit of learning and a couple of opportunities. I'll post from the conference if anything is incredibly interesting.

Ah, I totally agree. Epilogue = worst part of the entire series. Blech.

Also, how's the family? I hope things are going well. I miss your updates, though it looks like the new book is coming along very well. I can't wait to read it already :P

I need to download all of yours and print them out to read them... I can't do the screen thing for too long or it hurts my eyes. In any case, I hope things are going well.
Awww... I liked it.
Even if it was a bit sappy.

I think my least favorite part of the entire book was the first chapter.
I felt like I was reading something a 9 year old had written. But I'm glad I stuck with it.
